The deals and certificates on this site have been donated by members of the San Antonio Hotel and Lodging Association in order to raise money for local charities and support the work of the local hotel association. The certificates are sold at greatly reduced rates. Some restrictions apply.



Each hotel certificate offered and purchased on this site is valid for the hotel written at the top of that certificate and must be redeemed by the expiration noted. You may purchase multiple items in order to stay multiple nights at the hotel, if available. Prior to your purchase, please feel free to call the hotel in order to determine room availability for the dates you’d like; however, actual reservations through Angel Buys may only be made during normal business hours by calling the hotel’s contact person listed at the top of each certificate. Neither the hotel’s Central Reservation System staff nor the Front Desk staff can process Angel Certificates. If you purchase one or multiple nights at a hotel, you'll need to present the single certificate along with your receipt from Authorize.net showing your invoice # upon your arrival. The Authorize.net receipt was also emailed to you and will show the number of nights purchased (Quantity #). Hotel managers receive notifications of all purchases, but you MUST present both the certificate and the Authorize.net receipt for everything to be valid. All reservations are subject to room availability. All purchases made through the Angel Program are final and non-refundable.




1.The use of the certificate is based on availability which means that there will be dates that will be blocked out and not available for your use. These are
 normally caused from sold out situations from large conventions or major holidays. Be sure to give at least a five to ten day advance

2.To activate the certificate and make your reservation, you must call the hotel’s contact person listed at the top of the certificate.

3.Disclose your purchase and mention your Authorize.net Invoice # to the contact person and proceed with making your reservation. The   
   Authorize.net receipt was emailed to you after your purchase.

4.Upon arrival, you must present this Certificate AND your receipt from Authorize.net showing your Invoice #. Again, these were emailed to you.

5.Enjoy your stay!




The San Antonio Hotel & Lodging Association office is not involved in the booking process and each hotel sets its own requirements on the advance notice required to use a certificate. All hotel managers receive a list of all purchases made through Angel Buys. You must use the certificate before it expires, we do not issue extensions. All purchases made through the Angel Buys Program are final and non-refundable.



Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address when you make a purchase from our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  Customers who purchase items from AngelBuys.com may receive future correspondence from the San Antonio Hotel & Lodging Association (SAHLA) regarding new items or sales on AngelBuys.com.  If you ever wish not to receive notices from SAHLA, you may click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email or simply email Info@SAHLA.org with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line.  We will NEVER share or sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.


Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read over the Internet.


Refund Policy

All sales on items purchased from AngelBuys.com are final and non-refundable.


For refunds on the purchase of luncheon, mixer, or other event tickets a 36 hour notice must be given prior to the event date in order to receive a refund. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase.  SAHLA members may also choose to have a refund issued as a credit to their SAHLA account, which may be used at any future event.


Shipping / Delivery Policy

Any item purchased from AngelBuys.com or SAHLA.org that is not delivered electronically will be mailed or shipped within 7 days of purchase.  We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.  Credit card authorization and purchase verification must be received prior to processing and shipping an order.  Shipping and handling costs will vary depending on the size and weight of an item.  For an estimate of shipping charges, or to request express or 2-day shipping, please contact us at 210-558-6565 or Info@SAHLA.org.
